Sage Stick With Lavender

As part of the Awestruck Collection, burning sage, also known as "smudging”, is a traditional way to use aromatic smoke to cleanse and purify a space. The scent is slightly earthy and herbaceous with hints of green. With the addition of lavender, smudging as a bedtime ritual can help bring a feeling of peace and calmness.

Directions: Light the tip of the sage stick and let it burn for a few seconds. Blow out the flame, allowing the sage to smoulder.
